Generally you will have what you need in two appointments, the first to go over your wishes, and the second to sign the documents.
If you need a real estate document prepared, you should locate your current deed or other transfer document and bring that with you.
For many of these services, we don't charge an office consultation fee, and will quote you a flat fee.
