Eric D. Bender


After graduating with honors from the University of Notre Dame in 1988, then the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Eric scored in the top 5% on the Ohio bar exam and began to practice law in 1991.  With more than 20 years experience, Eric has effectively helped hundreds of clients, in different courts throughout southwest Ohio.  Willing to make home visits as necessary, Eric is comfortable handling cases in Hamilton, Clermont, Warren, Clermont, Brown, Highland, Preble, and other counties.  Eric enjoys researching and arguing difficult questions of law, and will handle a case all the way through trial and appeal if needed.


Eric has lectured professionally in probate and family law, and is a published legal author.  He has also served as a board member with the Blue Ash Business Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association, who named Eric as 2003 Volunteer Lawyer of the Year.  Eric continues to represent pro bono clients through Pro Seniors and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.


Eric is also an OHSAA licensed official for football, basketball, and softball.  He is married with 4 children, and his many interests include reading, running, gardening, and military history.
